Exhibition Management

bCA Galleries™ manages the complete organization of Art exhibitions in Mumbai.

Mandatory services

• Gallery Booking: Booking of a gallery / exhibition space in Mumbai
• Invitations printing: Printing of at least 500 invitation cards (post card format)
• Postage and Courier: Couriering the invitations to invitees (to the client's own mailing list or to bCA mailing list)
• PR management: Press management (press release, press kit, press contacts, etc) and follow ups for the invites, courier etc.
• Project management: Complete organization and management of the event.
• Returns of the artworks: all unsold artworks would be returned to the client on a requested date at the client expenses.
  
  bCA Galleries recommend that the artworks would stay with the gallery for one full year after the exhibition for marketing purposes in India.

Optional services

• Hosting Preview Evening: Snacks, refreshments and catering service for the invited guests at the opening preview evening for the invited guests.
• Invitations design: Design of the invitation card (post card format).
• Catalogues: 500 copies of a small catalogue (5 x 7 inches) with 12 printed sides and a cover page.
• Photographic services at the opening evening: 100 photos by a professional photographer.
• Video services at the opening evening: 10 – 20 minutes of edited video by a professional cameraman.
• Framing: framing of the artworks.
• Hotel stay: booking of a hotel in Mumbai.

The client is expected to provide photos and related information about all artworks at least three months before the beginning of the event.

The client is expected to deliver all artworks at bCA Galleries™ office in Mumbai at least one month before the beginning of the event.
